This young athlete boasts considerable online following
The young golfer can count on plenty of prominent supporters when she begins her LPGA debut later this week.
This teenage golfer, who is related to Donald Trump, received a tournament invitation to compete at the Annika competition in Florida.
The former president, someone who loves golf, owns numerous international courses and often competes against his granddaughter.
"He's pretty good. I shouldn't elaborate but we have some close matches," she revealed.
She mentioned that her grandfather, unable to come, advised her: "Just stay calm."
"He basically told me to go out there and relax," she added.
"To me, he's just a regular grandfather. He won't be there this weekend. He's focused on world affairs, making him somewhat preoccupied."
While still amateur, Kai has played in only three events this year and has ranking 461 in AJGA listings.
However she's able to seek guidance from 15-time major champion, in a relationship with her mother.
"He stands as the greatest golfer in the world," the young golfer said.
"And he's a superior individual. He advised me to go out there, enjoy myself, and go with the flow."
She'll challenge some of most prominent players in women's golf at this tournament, such as second-ranked the champion, England's Charley Hull, professional Thompson and 2023 champion Lilia Vu.
The LPGA stated that Kai's presence brings the sport to different demographics, specifically with youth audiences.
The young star maintains a massive following and just introduced an exclusive fashion and living label.
She begins at 5:30 PM GMT.
